I like the game and its concept. The characters, their costume and powers are pretty cool. Its like youre in magical world.

Downloads. Opens up. Stops working at login screen. Game Center auth failed? Game Center is running fine. Invalid code tries to take center ID, but since games are only allowed to reference, it obviously fails.

Theres so many bugs in this game. Like for example in a Hard map called blood waste land. As a knight getting an archer gear instead is totally ridiculous and stupid. How can the dev not notice that simple thing?! Go fix, and theres ton of bugs in this game that havent been fix even when their customer complained and no response. Such a great customer service this game has. Totally dissapointing.

Besides how incredibly useless and sexist the female outfits are, its a pretty decent game.

Greedy and they do NOT do anything about updating the game and fixing bugs or anything. They just look how they will jack up prices on everything so you have to purchase stuff in order to advance. This game is pay2win and needs to be removed from app store.

I download the resource file but its not complete. Its loading and doesnt download around 73 % Why.....???

If rate less if I could. After the update I cant play anymore, it wont log in. I tried everything, even wrote twice to the game support and I found out its awful and useless. The 1st time they didnt even answer, the second time they asked me for a useless screenshot and then they disappeared again. Its more than a month now and I probably lost my 69 character because of their incompetence and laziness.

The game is ok, but there is no instruction manual and if you mess up on something they simply wont help. I thought for sure they would help with an issue that everyone else has been willing to help with, but nope. You also cant speak to them by phone and submitting a ticket you have to get several entries exactly right like the name of the game or it wont even allow you to submit the ticket. Then when they do start to work on it they speak broken English and usually will say something like we wont help you.

Ive played the game for over a year and sadly spent a little money on it. Only to have customer service tell me "sorry" on two occasions. One occasion, I just wanted some items removed from my bag that the game would not let me sell or do anything with, they were just wasting space (and they still are). The newest problem was that I accidentally got rid of one of my good pieces of equipment and they tell me "sorry, maybe be more careful next time". Talk about top notch customer service. Thanks for nothing. Deleting

This game is so glitchy and laggy. There is no guide or anything that tells you how to play or explains stats. The customer service ticketing system is useless and is just for show. Its probably a robot on the other end that replies with an apology to every issue.

I played this game for a while, became utterly disappointed, quit. A friend asked me to come back. Huge mistake. You have to grind a lot to make headway in this game unless you are going to throw serious cash at it. Once you reach higher lvls..its nothing but collecting and collecting. In game time for character growth, way too long. Gets very boring. Nothing new to do. Very redundant. Very little real time pve. Pvp events are riddled with bots and are not managed well. In game chat is terrible to try to communicate. There is no in game email system. Unless your head of a guild, then they charge in game currency. Many events are set according to a specific time zone so if your from certain areas forget being able to participate unless you never sleep. Play it til the fun runs out, dont put a lot of cash into it, move on when it gets boring. This is the truest pay to win game out there. If you want to spend hundreds well, enjoy..there are some I know have spent thousands. Either they are rich or broke..lol. They merge servers all the time because the turn over is so high. The only nice thing I can say is thanks but no thanks. Move on.

Very disappointed after 2+ years playing this game. Worst customer service in history, valuable items will VANISH from your inventory and you will get NO help from them. Also, your account will be obsolete in a matter of weeks when they open the next new server. The devs of this game ONLY want to get new players to dump cash in and DO NOT care about those who have already spent. Very sad, as it is an enjoyable game, but certainly not worth the time, aggravation or money required to stay competitive.
